Forms & Payment Links

Build simple intake forms and let the AI send them — along with Stripe payment links — right in a call or chat. The customer gets a link, fills it in or pays, and the responses come back to you in one place.

Forms

A form is a short set of questions with its own shareable link (for example, a quote request, a new-patient intake, or a callback request). You build it once and reuse it everywhere.

   Open Forms from the sidebar and select New form.

   Give it a name and add your fields. Keep the form Active so it can be sent.

   Save it — the form now has its own link at /f/<id> that you can share anywhere.

Letting the AI send a form

The AI can hand a form to a customer during a conversation in a few ways:

• On a call — enable the send form action on your agent and pick which form; the AI texts the link when it fits the conversation.
• In website chat — choose a form to offer on the Website Chat page, and the chat can hand it to visitors.
• In a scenario — add a Send form step so a guided flow sends the right form at the right moment.

Payment links

If you have connected Stripe, the AI can send a payment link so a customer can pay for a deposit, a booking, or an invoice without leaving the conversation. You can trigger it from an agent action or a Send payment link scenario step.
